iQor Donates To National Kidney Foundation

    
KUALA LUMPUR, April 20 (Bernama) -- iQor, a global provider of customer contact solutions and product support services under its Qares program, is to donate RM23,941.60 to the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia on April 21, 2015.

Steve Deacon, Vice President and Richard Tan, Operations Director of iQor would present the cheque at No.29, Jalan Hamilton, 11600 Penang, said iQor in a statement issued today in St. Petersburg, Florida, United States.

iQor runs and operates a 14,215 square meter repair facility in Penang, Malaysia, employing more than 550 employees. To date, the program has benefited over 20 global charities whose sole focus is to help those in need.

Through seven more additional facilities in China and Southeast Asia, iQor provides post-sales product and customer support throughout the region for some of the world's largest consumer electronics, wireless and telecom customers.

Steve Deacon, Vice President at iQor in the same statement said: "iQor is committed to creating brighter future for those who are suffering from kidney related illnesses. We are incredibly proud of the contributions from our teams around the world and their dedication to making a noticeable difference in their communities for those less fortunate."

Established in 2013, iQor Qares is a consolidated effort for iQor employees to volunteer time and donate money and/or resources to help address hunger, health and education in the communities in which they work.
