KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 15 (Bernama) -- Slice Labs Inc announced today it has entered into a proof-of-value contract with Sompo Holdings Asia (SOMPO) to bring on-demand insurance to the fast-growing region of Asia.
SOMPO, regionally headquartered in Singapore, is part of Sompo Holdings, a top Japanese insurer.
Via the Slice Insurance Cloud Services (ICS) platform, insurers, technology companies and other service providers are able to build intelligent and intuitive, pay-as-you-go digital insurance products that protect the insured anytime and anywhere.
The companies plan to roll out various on-demand products across Asia throughout their partnership, with Slice opening an office in Singapore to support this and other initiatives in the region.
