Bangladesh’s Evercare Hospital Dhaka gets JCI accreditation for 5th time




KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 17 — Evercare Hospital Dhaka, part of the Evercare Group, is the first and only hospital in Bangladesh accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI), and also reaccredited for the fifth time in a row.

According to a statement, the JCI Gold Seal of Approval is a globally-recognised accreditation that reflects an organisation’s commitment to best practices in quality and patient safety.

Accreditation by recognised international institutions such as JCI are crucial to drive compliance and improve quality and cost-effectiveness across the hospitals, and accreditation has become a priority for healthcare organisations worldwide.

Evercare Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Massimiliano Colella said: “Evercare is leading the way by providing optimal healthcare delivered in accredited facilities with every hospital progressing towards quality metrics that meet international standards.”
