Deal Strengthens ALM's Presence in Asian Legal Market
NEW YORK, Aug 4 (Bernama-GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ALM, a leader in specialized industry news and information, has announced a deal to acquire China Law & Practice from the Legal Media Group of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC ("Euromoney"). The deal, which comes on the heels of ALM's acquisition of Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory and Summit Professional Networks earlier this year, will strengthen ALM's strategic presence in the Asian legal market adding to the company's stable of legal publications that include The American Lawyer, Asian Lawyer, Corporate Counsel and The National Law Journal. The transaction closed on July 31st.
