affirmed the Financial Strength Rating of A+ (Superior) and the Long-Term
Issuer Credit Rating of “aa-” of The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company, Limited (DL)
(Japan), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Inc. The
outlook of these Credit Ratings (ratings) is stable.
The ratings reflect DL’s strong risk-adjusted capitalization, strong market position and favorable operating performance.
