Mixed development project takes Bangkok to another level upon completion

KUALA LUMPUR, April 9 (Bernama) -- Dusit Thani Public Company Limited and Central Pattana Public Company Limited are in collaboration to set up a city landmark to create a novel way to live the metropolis way of life and transform Bangkok as one of the world's best cities.
The collaboration will transform a major Silom-Rama4 intersection to become the prime core of the CBD to link four key areas of Bangkok with a one-of-a-kind mixed-use project - ‘Dusit Central Park' -, developed under the concept ‘Here for Bangkok’.

The project which is expected to be completed in 2024 is worth a total of 36.7 billion baht and covers 440,000 sq m of prime real estate in the corner of Silom and Rama IV roads. (100 Thai baht = RM12.85)
The ambitious project is set to feature luxury residences, state-of-the-art office tower, high-end shopping complex with a large rooftop park and a distinctive re-imagining of Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel.
It will reflect four key pillars: Here for Heritage & Innovation, Here for Unrivalled Connectivity, Here for a Lush Quality of Life and Here for Meaningful Experiences.
Dusit Central Park will connect four Bangkok neighbourhoods in four directions -- Ratchaprasong (north), Charoenkrung (south), Sukhumvit (east), and Yaowarat (west) -- creating a new junction where old meets new, and financial meets commercial.
“We aim to deliver a one-of-a-kind mixed-use project that blends heritage and innovation, connects all important infrastructure and transportation, and embraces a green concept reflecting our prime position opposite Lumpini Park,” said Dusit Thani Public Company Limited group chief executive, Suphajee Suthumpun.
The project is expected to open in three phases: the first one is Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel, followed by Central Park Offices and Central Park Shopping Complex, and the final part is Dusit Residences and Dusit Parkside.
