NCH Asia Pacific regional leaders conduct community service in the Philippines

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 27 -- Celebrating 100th year of community service, the NCH Asia Pacific regional leaders spent a meaningful day packing 100 bags of food and comfort items for the children of Concordia Children’s Services.

Concordia Children’s Services is a Philippine-based child welfare agency that provides residential and community-based programmes for orphans and assists children from poor areas.

The event also oversaw the delivery of 400L of NCH disinfectant EVERBRITE for use at the Mindanao Earthquake Evacuation Centers, preventing the spread of germs and viruses that may cause illnesses onsite.

The Mindanao region was struck by three successive earthquakes, according to a statement.

The activity and the turn-over ceremony were part of the annual Asia-Pacific Leadership and Strategic Planning session held in Manila recently.

It was attended by NCH country managers from Australia, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Vietnam and the Levy family from NCH US Headquarters.

The NCH Cares programme runs across 55 global locations with the goal of contributing to 100 non-profit organisations by year-end. More information at https://www.nchasia.com/en-my/about-nch/nch-cares.
