KUALA LUMPUR, March 8 (Bernama) -- Leading Internet performance and security company, Cloudflare left the competition trailing when it beat nine other vendors in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide DDoS Prevention Solutions 2019 Vendor Assessment.
Named a Leader, Cloudflare has been recognised for its strengths, including rapid onboarding process, unique architecture, flexible pricing options, and unmetered and always-on DDoS protection.
According to the report, customers described Cloudflare as a ‘good value’ service for DDoS prevention.
Cloudflare has also been praised for its customer support from implementation to the end of the service, and continued to assist them every step of the way.
“Since there is no hardware component to the solution, Cloudflare can provide a cost-effective, yet high-value solution that does not consist of any upfront hardware costs or need for an OEM/third-party hardware vendor,” the report noted.
Cloudflare co-founder and chief executive officer, Matthew Prince said the company focused on building a better Internet and providing unparalleled protection against DDoS attacks of all kinds.
Headquartered at San Francisco in California, United States, the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers more than 10 trillion requests per month (nearly 10 per cent of all Internet requests). More details at www.cloudflare.com
